We ship orders within Malaysia, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

- During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended, but we will notify you of any delays.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We use reliable courier partners (J&T, Pos Laju, DHL eCommerce, etc.) to ensure your items arrive promptly and safely.
- Peninsular Malaysia: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- Sabah & Sarawak: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary based on your location and unforeseen courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, size, and delivery location of your order. The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before payment.
