  • Return requests are made within 7 days of receiving your order.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorised modifications.

2. Return Process

1. Notify Us:

    • Your order number
    • Reason for return
    • Clear photos of the item (and packaging if damaged)

    2. Await Instructions:
    Our team will review your request and provide approval and instructions on where to send the returned item.

    3. Return the Item:

    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and free gifts.
    • Use a trackable courier service for your return. We are not responsible for lost returns.

    3. Return Shipping Costs

    • If the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
    • If the return is due to other reasons, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

    4. Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

    • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
    • Delivery charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

    5. Exchanges

    We can replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us with your order details to confirm stock availability.


    6. Non-Returnable Items

    Certain items cannot be returned, including:

    • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
    • Opened earphones or earbuds due to hygiene reasons.
    • Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
